Peec.ai ships product updates every two weeks. Most changelog pages get abandoned after three entries because adding a new one feels like a design task. The team ends up posting in Slack instead.
THE SOLUTION
Every entry is one CMS item. Title, date, description, optional improvements list, optional fixes list. The team adds an update the same way they'd send an email.
Adaptive UI
Custom code component that hides Improvements and Fixes accordions when those fields are empty. The person filling in the CMS never has to think about layout.
