Terms & Conditions
The retainer services agreement between Framer-Expert.com and its clients. Plain language, ten clauses, no surprises. By subscribing to a retainer plan via Stripe, you accept these terms in full.
Retainer Services Agreement · Effective April 2026 · Berlin, Germany
The agreement
01 — Parties
These terms govern the monthly retainer services provided by Francisc Toth, trading as Framer-Expert.com, Berlin, Germany, to the client. By subscribing to a retainer plan, the client accepts these terms in full.
02 — Services
Services are provided as described in the selected retainer tier (Starter, Growth or Scale). Each tier includes a fixed number of hours per month for Framer design, development, component builds, CMS management and related services. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
03 — Payment & billing
Retainers are billed monthly in advance on the same calendar date each month. Payment is due on receipt of invoice. All prices are in EUR. Applicable taxes such as VAT are added where required by law. Payments overdue by 14 days may result in suspension of services.
04 — Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice by email to hello@framer-expert.com. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Unused hours do not roll over and are forfeited on cancellation.
05 — Intellectual property
Full ownership of all deliverables transfers to the client on receipt of complete payment for that billing period. Until then, all work remains the intellectual property of Framer-Expert.com. The service provider may display completed work in their portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
06 — Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project details, business strategies, client data and proprietary information confidential during and after the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
07 — Liability
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the month in which the claim arose. The service provider is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages. The client is responsible for maintaining backups of their Framer projects and content.
08 — Revisions & scope
Each tier includes reasonable revisions within the allocated hours. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Major scope changes mid-cycle are assessed against the remaining hours and may be deferred to the following billing period.
09 — Governing law
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, Germany. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
10 — Amendments
These terms may be updated with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the retainer service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available at framer-expert.com/terms.

Monthly, in EUR, cancel with 30 days notice. Each tier is a fixed block of hours for Framer design and development.
Starter
€1,500 / mo
10 hrs / month
Landing page updates, small component builds, bug fixes. Reliable Framer support for early-stage startups.
Growth
€3,500 / mo
25 hrs / month
New pages, CMS, motion work, iterative design. For SaaS teams shipping fast.
Scale
€6,000 / mo
50 hrs / month
Full capacity. Component libraries, design systems, animations. Dedicated and embedded.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding retainer services.
