THE PROBLEM

Peec.ai's careers page was already live and connected to Ashby for job listings. As the team grew across departments, the existing layout needed one addition — a way for candidates to filter roles by team without scrolling through everything. The FAQ accordion also needed ongoing maintenance to stay consistent across breakpoints as the rest of the site evolved.
THE SOLUTION
Added a category tab to the existing job listing section — filtering roles by department: Customer Experience, Engineering, Finance, Growth, Product, Sales, HR. The tab plugs into the existing Ashby connection. The hiring team adds a role in Ashby with the right department tag and it appears under the correct filter automatically.
FAQ Accordion Maintenance
Maintained the FAQ accordion component across breakpoints — fixing category highlighting and layout inconsistencies as new content was added. The component runs across multiple pages on the Peec.ai site, so changes had to be tested carefully to avoid breaking anything outside the careers page.
VISUAL SYSTEM & OUTPUT
Working on an existing live page means every change carries risk. The tab addition had to slot into the current design without touching the Ashby integration underneath it. Maintenance work here was about keeping something running well — not rebuilding it.
