THE PROBLEM
LEAD QUALIFICATION · VIDEO HOSTING · FUNNEL DESIGN
Peec.ai's demo calendar was filling up with leads that weren't a good fit yet. The team needed a way to qualify interest before handing someone a booking link — and a way to still deliver value to leads who didn't make the cut, without just sending them away empty-handed.
THE SOLUTION
Designed and built a three-step flow: a lead capture form that collects qualification data, a success confirmation page, and a conditional exit — either a demo booking or a video page depending on fit. High-priority leads get the calendar. Everyone else gets the video.
Bunny.net Video Hosting
The fallback page needed to deliver a video without slowing the page down. Hosted the video on Bunny.net and built a custom component in Framer that takes just a URL — no embed code, no iframe bloat. The video loads fast, doesn't buffer, and the page stays lightweight. Designed and developed end to end.
VISUAL SYSTEM & OUTPUT
The challenge wasn't the form — it was what happens after. The video page had to feel like a deliberate experience, not a rejection. Bunny.net handles the delivery so the video is always sharp and instant. The custom Framer component means the team can swap the video by pasting a new URL — no developer needed.
